Meet the Organizers
Shannon McGinnis is CEO of Organized4Success.com and a Certified Professional Organizer. Organized 4 Success, Inc began in 2003 and now has offices in Santa Cruz, CA and Minneapolis, MN.
Shannon enjoys helping her clients feel empowered while creating a more supportive and balanced environment in their homes and offices. A member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), NAPO-MN, and the elite Golden Circle, she offers confidential, non-judgmental sessions, classes and workshops on a wide variety of organizational topics.
She is the author of two instructional organizing books: The 10-Minute Tidy for the Home and The 10-Minute Tidy for the Office. She is planning to write at least three more books in The 10-Minute Tidy series.
When Shannon is not organizing, she loves to run, hike, read and spend time with her family.
I have been an organizer all of my life. I have always liked going through the small boxes of treasure tucked neatly away under my bed as a child and then teaching my children to put away, tidy up and feel the great sense of satisfaction that comes from order.
I have a passion for creating Beauty and order for myself and others. It makes such an enormous positive difference in people’s lives. There is a great sense of satisfaction when we are in an orderly, peacefulspace. Our heart opens, relaxation occurs in the body, and we become rejuvenated and hopeful.
As a business owner organization was essential in every aspect of the business; accounting and the paper mountains, ordering product, organizing staff and schedules, making certain my relationships with staff, customers and wide world community were alive and well.
I enjoy connecting with others and together creating a space that is satisfying and provides maximum workability. Being invited into a home or office to do this work is an honor and privilege.
Steven has a varied professional background– including education, writing & editing, and translation. Whether dealing with words on a page or objects in a given space, there is an important organizational principle at play that communicates to you, to others, and to the world around you.

Sarah is a dynamic leader, who engages people in living into their personal and professional potential. She loves to help people create beauty and order in their lives. For over a decade, she has helped clients create clarity, direction and accountability through coaching, organizing and leadership training.
With a passion for making a difference and helping people take seemingly overwhelming tasks to make them manageable, Sarah helps clients define the best use of their space, then create physical and organizational systems to get on track and stay on track.
Getting to the heart of the patterns underlying organizational challenges, Sarah assists clients to create new attitudes and habits that empower them to create their lives with clarity, choice and ease.
